Free tour of Asakusa visiting the historic Senso-ji Temple
Tour description
We will meet at Komagatado Temple, near Ginza Line and Asakuza Line. Without wasting a second, we will be able to admire the imposing Sumida River and the Komagatado Bridge.
We will begin by admiring these places with an incredible view of the buildings on the other side of the river that show the most modern Tokyo, contrasting with our main objective of the tour: Senso-ji.
We will continue walking towards the Senso-Ji Temple, starting at the Kaminarinon gate and continuing along the Nakamise shopping street.
We will arrive at the next gate called hozomon and before the expected temple we will be able to appreciate the great five-story pagoda, to proceed to visit the Senso-ji temple. We will continue visiting the Asakusa shrine, learning the difference between the latter.
During our free tour we will appreciate the rich history of traditional Japan and many of its symbols , without leaving out current data and information that will be useful during your trip.
We will conclude our free tour after two hours and/or two hours and thirty minutes, near Hoppy St.
