Free walking tour Asakusa

I thought this would be a good tour to enable us to get our bearings and wasn’t expecting too much from this. Our guide Ai was so enthusiastic about her country and not only explained about the culture and religion of her country but also gave us useful tips and we sampled local food on route . A good quality tour and well worth experiencing.

Hi It was such a wonders experience. I would have missed out so much if I hadn’t been the tour. The guides were amazing I think one was newish but you couldn’t tell her passion for Tokyo and error really did shine through. Thank you so much

Amazing job by both of them! I learned a lot about the temples and history. Very easy to talk too and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them both!

Manabe is extremely kind and welcoming. He began the tour by guiding us through Asakusa Temple, which was quite crowded, and shared many insightful details about Japanese religion and traditions. He is knowledgeable, polite, and very friendly throughout the experience. In the Asakusa area, he also introduced us to a street known for its delicious and affordable local food. I highly recommend Manabe as a guide.

Excellent tour with Juliana around the Sensō-ji temple and surrounding area. Lots of interesting facts and knowledge of what we were seeing. Would recommend.

This is a tour that covers Japanese treats that are for sale around the temple. From that perspective it is fun and interesting. There is very little information regarding the temple - the name is misleading.

Ai was a wonderful and enthusiastic tour guide! She provided us with lots of interesting information about Asakusa and many local recommendations for food and gifts. The pace of the tour was great and she allowed enough time to enjoy each stop. She also offered to take photos along the way which was so lovely - they turned out amazing! Thank you Ai - we loved it! Highly recommend!

Ai was such a special guide , she’s kind and sweet and warm, very patient and did everything to make us enjoy the tour, this tour is exceptional because it’s not only about the temples, it’s also a food tour, the guide did many many recommandations for sweets, knifes and souvenirs. #girlsgroup

We had a great and informative tour with Nana! She was very friendly and we enjoyed our tour a lot!

The tour was really straight forward and showed the interesting area of Asakusa. Nana was amazing, energetic and friendly. Unfortunately she had quite a thick accent (which is not her fault!) and the area was really loud so it was hard for me to understand at some point. I suggest equipping the guide with a microphone for this tour. Other than that every thing was really good!
