We are a young team that left Spain in 2009 and we are in London to create this beautiful project. At the request of our "walkers" we grew up in Paris, Dublin, Berlin, Malaga, Cordoba and Budapest, teaching these cities to thousands of Spanish speakers. We are professional guides and we are madly in love with every corner of the cities we teach.

Tour description

Dublin is dressed in light and tradition during the Christmas season. Discover its unique atmosphere and the main customs of the Irish people with the help of an official guide in Spanish .

We'll start at Dublin Castle to learn about the origins of Christmas and some interesting facts. Here, while it's available, we'll also be able to enjoy the Christmas market 'Christmas at the Castle' .

Christmas in the city cannot be understood without the ' Dublin Winter Lights' festival. In Barnardo Square we will learn more about how it works and in what other locations we can enjoy it. Here we will also delve into the meaning of the Irish traditions of placing candles in the windows or holly wreaths on the doors of homes.

We will discover what the 'Christmas Pantomimes' or the ancient customs that are celebrated during St. Stephen's Day throughout the country consist of in front of the iconic Olympia Theatre , before strolling through the heart of the emblematic Temple Bar , the best place to immerse ourselves in a unique Christmas atmosphere in the world.

Parliament Square and Grafton Street await us to discover what the Irish eat at Christmas, where they shop and how they wish to celebrate the holidays in Gaelic. We will also be surprised by some unique traditions, such as the Christmas bath .
