I'm Chema, better known on social media as Cocinero en Japón . I'm a Spanish chef who has been living in Japan for over 5 years. I'm the author of the book Al pie del fogón en Japón , a unique work on Japanese gastronomy and fusion cuisine. I also have channels on YouTube , Instagram , and a podcast , where I share my passion for Japanese cuisine and culture.
With over 3 years of experience as a guide in Japan, I have lived in Osaka , Kyoto , Tokushima , Saitama , Chiba and Tokyo , which has allowed me to gain a deep knowledge of the local culture, history and gastronomy. I am a specialist in food tours and I speak both Japanese and Spanish.
