Welcome everyone to Mexico's second-largest city and one of its most beautiful! Join me as we take a tour through Guadalajara's history, learning about the moments that have shaped its course , from its founding through its history to the present day. Guadalajara is a city with many stories and curiosities to tell . Let's discover them!
We'll begin our tour with our city's most iconic and famous building: the Cathedral . We'll learn about its legends and its unique architecture . We'll continue to the Plaza de la Rotonda to learn about the stories of our city's notable figures.
We'll visit the Government Palace Museum, which was once a fortress and now houses impressive mural paintings by José Clemente Orozco. We'll continue our tour to appreciate the beautiful architecture of the Degollado Theater.
We'll learn about the site where our city was founded and some interesting facts about its founding almost 500 years ago!
We'll walk through alleys that hold ancient legends and end our tour at a beautiful museum that is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site : the Cabañas Museum.
