Checo was thorough and easy to talk to and ask questions. His tour is an art/history -forward style. We stopped at the end for lunch at his family’s torta shop in the big Mercado. Don’t miss it! Vegetarian options!

If you want to see something else than the beaten track in Guadalajara, this is your tour. Pablo took us on a tour with unusual houses, beautiful houses, houses with a story. Without his explanations, I would not have paid attention to many of the buildings we passed. I learned a lot about architecture. A nice addition to a standard Guadalajara visit!

Galo was a great tour guide. He was extremely friendly and easy to chat with as we were walking. He took us to all the key spots in el centro as well as to great street food as well. He recommended some great food spots and joined us for a delicious pozole and more dinner at the end of the tour. Would definitely recommend!

Santiago was very accommodating. We booked a tour only a couple of hours before the actual time of the tour and although the tour wasn't confirmed we went to the meeting spot. Unfortunately, Santiago appeared not to have any other tourists booked at that time so he didn't show up, but we did communicate with him via GuruWalk and he offered to meet with us later in the day and give us the tour. We scheduled a time and Santiago met us at the time and place we agreed upon. We found the tour quite informative and provided us with a glimpse into some of the interesting history of Guadalajara. I would highly recommend as a tour guide.
