Tour description

Guadalajara is more than just its historic center . Would you like to know more about the city? Join us for a walk through Colonia Americana , a famous and emblematic place for being the bohemian neighborhood of Guadalajara. Get to know it and discover why it was recognized as the coolest neighborhood in the world in 2022 by Time Out Magazine.

We will begin our tour at an iconic museum of the city: the Museum of the Arts of the University (MUSA) , where we will be able to appreciate its beautiful French-style architecture and see some art exhibits, as well as some impressive mural paintings by one of the best painters in Mexico: José Clemente Orozco . Afterwards we will visit a beautiful neo-Gothic temple considered one of the most beautiful not only in Guadalajara, but in all of Mexico: the Expiatory Temple.

Afterwards we will walk through the streets of this neighborhood and you will be able to understand why people from all over the world come to stay or live here. You will be surprised by the beautiful houses here, with a very diverse architecture . This neighborhood is full of art, galleries, restaurants and bars, it is a vibrant place with a lot of life day and night.
