If anyone is planning to visit Chongqing China I would highly recommend Andrew! He is professional, knowledgeable and fun! We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Andrew. He took us to see lots of entertaining and interesting sites in the city planning the perfect day for us. I must say he took very good care of us and gave us a very comprehensive and enjoyable overview of Chongqing!
Best way to see the crazy city of Chongquin!
Andrew was very-informed, personable guide. His English is impeccable and so much easier to understand than most Chinese guides. He comes from a wealth of experience with tourists on the cruise ships and lives locally with his extended family. We learned so much about China. He was very flexible, too, on when we actually started the tour since we needed a little bit of a delay due to sickness. After the tour, we took him to a perfect local hotpot restaurant to savor its wonders and then he took us to a quieter non-tourist spot in the city to see the night lights. Great guy !!!
We booked a private tour with Andrew as we only had a very short time in Chongqing. We couldn’t have made a better decision- Andrew went above and beyond showing us both local secrets like the markets and guiding us around the famous attractions such as the crown escalator and the incredible monorail. He is extremely friendly, chatty and open minded and he tailored the tour to what we wanted to see, providing historical context for each sight and adding in little detours he thought we would enjoy. The city is so dense and it would have been impossible for us to see half of what we saw without Andrew - however the highlight was Andrew’s positive and enthusiastic attitude, we really feel we left as friends. If you are a foreigner visiting Chongqing, we highly recommend booking a private tour with Andrew. You will not be disappointed! We hope to come back soon, thanks for everything Andrew! 🤗
Andrew gave us a very good tour of Chongqîng. He has an excellent knowledge of the city. We've visited some spots that would have never visited alone. He is a knowledgeable. I highly recommend! We ended up the tour eating spicy noodles in the local restaurants.
