Our tour guide Hesham was truly outstanding. From the moment the tour of Dubai's old town began, he was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable about the city's rich history and culture. He had a great way of blending historical facts with interesting stories, which made every stop feel engaging and meaningful. He was also very attentive to our needs, always ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. He showed us some hidden gems which were spot on, and his warm, friendly approach was remarkable.
