Heshem is an excellent tour guide who gave us a valuable insight into the culture and history of Dubai, through the eyes of a local. He is a fascinating, humerous storyteller who guided us professionally round the streets of the old town. Highly recommended.
I can easily recommend Hesham's tour of the Old Dubai. The information he provided was very useful and especially for those who were in the Emirates for the first time, it must have been really interesting to hear about the history and culture of the whole country and not only Dubai or just the Old District that we visited. What is more, Hesham engages the group into conversations, some quizzes, etc. The tour took part in the month of Ramadan so it was not possible to get some coffee or snacks- which as the guide mentioned - would have been provided otherwise. In general, the tour and the guide are highly recommended for both 'the beginners' of Dubai or for someone - as myself- who has already seen some places.
The guru is such an inspiration for me to understand the culture of Dubai and the people living there. Hesham takes good care of everyone especially keep the children stay curious and interested. absolutely worthy for the long walk!
