Daniel was a great guide. He was knowledgeable, funny and able to cater to our family, which includes a 10-year-old and a teenager. Seeing the giant storks with their nests everywhere was one of the many highlights. Our tour was 2-hours and there were three other people on the tour with us. It was nice to meet people from different backgrounds and countries to share this experience. Daniel did show us how some of the damage from the recent protests, and despite everything that has happened, we felt completely safe in Nairobi.

Luke offers a unique experience to visit the largest slum in Africa and is able to provide his own personal experiences and perspectives. Iam a solo female traveler from the Netherlands who traveled to Kenya en Tanzania to celibrate my birthday. The highlight of my trip were not the beautiful safari's and landscapes but actually the tour around Kibera. my guide Musa is a local who grew up in Kibera and he showed me around. I have met the childeren of the childrens house, i got the chance to meet Musa's family, eat the best food and see his house. Yes it is hard to see in what condiotions people live in there but they are so rich if it comes to respect and love. I have never felt this safe as solo female traveler in a foreign country in my life! I fully recommend to do tour with Musa. He explained everything so good. I hope everyone gets the chance to support the community for a better future for the people of Kibera. Kibera until next time💜

Had a great time with Ismael walking around Nairobi. Some of the places he wanted to show us were unfortunately closed - but we got to see many other things and had amazing food. Ismael even helped navigate around after which he didn’t have to, and that was super helpful. Highly recommend! :)
