The tour itself was great and extensive. We learned a lot about the history of Morocco and casablanca in particular. There were also snacks and a stop where we got free henna. The tour guide did behave unprofessionally by excessive calling and texting after the tour.

Serrar is extremely professional and for the 4+ hours, he guided and thought me (as the rest didn't turn up for various reasons) so much of Casablanca. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows the ciry very intimately. He also has great rapport with various stall owners and supports them by buying and consuming their products himself. I am extremely pleased with his guided tour and will be recommending him to my friends when they are planning to come to Morocco as he also guides people to the other cities in Morocco.
