Como guía registrado en Ciudad del Cabo, ofrezco free tours en Citybowl y Bokaap, donde comparto la historia y la cultura de nuestras comunidades con el mundo. Me encantaría mostrarte nuestro vecindario. Tengo una fuerte conexión con la comunidad en general. Soy director de la asociación de turismo de Bokaap y director de Bokaap Helpers Garden, que es una organización sin fines de lucro en la ciudad que se centra en la jardinería comunitaria. For those of us looking for more than the usual watered-down information from tourist guides, Ilyas provided an accurate context about the neighbourhood, along with a critical and political perspective from someone who grew up and still lives in the area. Amazing! Best walking tour I've ever done. Besides being a true local, Ilyas took us trough his neighborhood Bo Kapp, where he and his family have been living for 6 generations. He's a professional guide at a local museum as well. Super interesting all the history knowledge he shared with us regarding Cape Town, Malay Culture and all the Ethnic communities that made Bo kapp a true gem in the city
