Throughout the tour Ali guided us through all relevant places in Stone Town, providing us with both historical as well as current facts to better understand the city and its history. He also took every time the time to answer our questions in an extensive manner. It was a delightful morning tour, which we would definitely recommend!

Ali was a great guide for our tour around Stonetown. He was very knowledgeable about not only Zanzibar and Tanzania but also history of many other countries. We were in Zanzibar for Ramadan and he was able to teach us a lot about Islam and Ramadan which was very interesting. Highly recommend having Ali as your guide!

This was an interesting walk around Stone Town learning about its history, culture and the architecture of its buildings.

Nassor was fantastic. Better than any other guru tour I've had in Asia or Europe.

Ali was wonderful! He made our experience so enjoyable, shared a ton of informations, and gave us breaks when we didn’t even realize we needed them. Easy to find and communicate with leading up to tour and gave great recommendations of places to go after.

Muna was an amazing tour guide. She was so knowledgable and pointed out so many interesting things that we wouldn’t have noticed by ourselves! She is breaking barriers by being a female tour guide and I would highly recommend everyone to take her tour! She could see we were getting thirsty and even bought us a bottle of water each! 11/10 stars for her :)

This tour takes you out of stone town/touristic area and gives you a peak at the local life, housing, hobbies and markets. It's a lot of walking and a lot of talking. It was just me on the tour so we conversed about everything and my guide was open an honest. Very much appreciated. Definitely a recommendation for those who want to see a different side of the city.
