Great tour. Susy was entertaining and informative. A great and beautiful introduction to the city. Using public transportation was a good way to learn about the system and gave me confidence to travel on my own. I highly recommend ths tour!

Places visited were amazing and well planned out. Tour guide was sincere and connects with us easily like a friend. This is only one of two evening tour available. Highly recommended.

I decided to take a walking tour on my last night in Budapest because this city is truly magical after dark. While looking for a night tour, I noticed there weren't many options available, but I crossed paths with Susy, and I am glad I did! Susy is a passionate Budapesti who genuinely loves her city, and her passion makes the tour feel like a captivating story rather than a list of facts and dates. She is well-versed in both the city's history and its current ongoings, bringing the past and present to life. She was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to answer every single one of my questions without a hint of judgment. Even though a lot of participants canceled that day, she still held the tour just for us and never rushed the experience, even as we neared the end of our time. If you want to experience this beautiful city under the night lights, do not hesitate to book a tour with Susy!

She knows a lot about Budapest and shared many interesting stories and details along the way. Suzy guided us through the center of Budapest. She was an amazing guide and surprised us with her knowledge. It was funny and educational at the same time. We really recommend Suzy. During the tour, she also gave us advice on places we could visit in Budapest during our stay. And lastly, she knew some Dutch words. Because of that, we want to say, "Dankjewel Suzy voor de tour en je gastvrijheid!"

She answered all my questions and shared with me so many interesting facts I wasn’t aware of. Susy was the reason I LOVED Budapest so much! Susy was an absolute joy to explore the city with. From the very start, she felt less like a guide and more like a dear old friend showing you around her hometown. What made the experience special was how natural everything felt, we weren’t just walking point to point. It felt like casually hopping on and off buses and trams together, discovering the city the way a local actually lives it. She’s warm, easy to talk to, and effortlessly makes you feel comfortable. This was an amazing experience. Suzy's English was clear and concise. Her knowledge of Budapest is amazing. When talking on the tour, her enthusiasm was contagious. I did not feel rushed in anyway. I was asked if I had any questions along the tour. This was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend Suzy as your tour guide. At the end of the tour Suzy was kind enough to give me some more places to visit. Sadly today is my last day. However, I have decided to come back to this fabulous City of Budapest and would be more than happy to do another tour. Thank you Suzy for a fabulous experience.

Susy was kind enough to text and let us know the time of the tour had changed from 2000 to 1815 because of the seasonal change/weather. That was a wise decision, but our flight arrived 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour. We couldn’t make it on another day that she suggested. I was impressed with the personal touch of texting.

Brilliant tour - almost 1 to 1. Suzy was knowledgeable and we did the tour at night. Taught how to manage public transport on a 90 minute pass including validation of ticket to avoid difficult conversations with ticket inspectors. Great history of the city and buildings. Lots of general info. Tour involved going down Pest side of river, crossing Liberty bridge and then down Buda side to near where we started using te Metro. Highly recommended.

We booked a tour with Suzy during our stay in Budapest, and I would highly recommend it. At first, we had some issues and couldn’t make it, so we asked if we could postpone the tour to the following day. She was very flexible about it and also gave us some tips to help us get ready for the tour. She was very open to us bringing our dog along as well, which we really appreciated. On the day of the tour, it was raining quite a lot, and it also happened to be Hungary’s Independence Day, when most people don’t work. Despite all this, Suzy came to meet us — and we were her only customers that day! She gave us what was essentially a private tour, explaining in detail many interesting things about the city’s history. I have to say, she is very knowledgeable about her country. She was also incredibly friendly, and we really enjoyed the personal interaction throughout the tour. It felt more like spending time with a local friend who genuinely loves her city. We asked her several questions, which she answered very well, and she was super nice and patient with our dog. Despite the bad weather and the tram disruptions due to the national holiday, she still took us all around the city and even spent extra time with us to complete the tour properly. I highly recommend her tour if you’d like to learn more about Budapest and admire this beautiful city at night.
