What to bring: Sunglasses, hat, umbrella, bottle of water + a big smile
What to wear: Light, comfortable clothes and good pair of shoes. Use sun block for sensitive skin
Where, when to meet: 16:45 sharp at KafeiDian, Jalan Pangggong. You will see Guruwalk card at the entrance, please enter Kafeidian and ask for David Tan/Han/Joanne/Ooi from Guruwalk with blue cap. We will be seated inside Kafeidian at a strategic table waiting for you.
Start of tour: 17:00 (please arrive at 16:45 (15 minutes earlier) as a courtesy to other guests and for your enjoyment so that the tour can start on time. Or else, you might miss the traditional coffee.

Meet and relax inside Kafei dian, Jalan Panggong, 50000 Kuala Lumpur. I will be wearing a Guruwalk jacket (orange) or a batik shirt, and carry a Guru Walk card for you to recognize me easily. Thank you.

76 Chinese Immigrants landed here 170 years ago, and started to develop Kuala Lumpur after working in the tin mine. Love to share with you a popular Malay song 'Rasa Sayang' and dance.
We will share with you some interesting stories and mythologies of God Shiva, Parvati, Ganesh and Muruga (the huge statue at Batu Cave). Need to take off the shoes and pay RM1 at the entrance. Ladies must cover shoulder and legs before entering the temple.
