Hanoitismiss, with "tis" in the Spanish word "free" means that you will experience a "free" walking tour to explore all the historical places, culture and people. On the other hand, the "miss", an English word, is related to that you will have an unforgettable trip with us and will remember Hanoi forever. When pronouncing the name Hanoitismiss in Vietnamese, it sounds like "Hanoi Tít Mít", translated as traveling and immersing yourself in the journey until you forget the way back home. Hanoi cuisine has existed for many centuries, passed down from generation to generation, creating a unique taste. Hanoi's delicious dishes are often identified by the perfect combination of ingredients, eye-catching decorations.
The dishes are carefully prepared from the selection of ingredients to the cooking process and the way of eating. They are all a sophisticated and elaborate artistic process. The originality, sophistication and the chefs' heart for the dishes become the beauty of Hanoi.
What can you take during our tour?:
- Appetizer can be: Nộm bò khô (Green papaya salad with dried beef), Bánh bột lọc, etc.
- Main dishes can be: Bún Chả (Noodle with grilled pork), Phở (Noodle with chicken or beef broth), Chả cá (Grilled fish), Bánh Cuốn (steamed rice crepe), Xôi (Glutinous rice), Bánh mì (Sandwich), Nem (Rolls) etc.
- Dessert: Coffee with egg, Chè (sweet soup), Ice cream, etc.
Note: the 4-5 dishes that will be eaten on the tour are not included and have an approximate cost of €15 that each traveler must pay.
