Osaka Food Tour

Wonderful walking tour with Rico of Osaka. Rico was engaging and provided a local’s view of this great city. He also provided many recommendations and suggestions to help us enjoy our stay more. Professional, courteous and humorous, Rico made the tour a highlight of my holiday.

I was happily surprised by everything Osaka has to offer during the day. During the tour, we saw many places and all were different from the ones seen during the night tour. Thanks German for the information and recommendations. My last day and last meal in Osaka were great thanks to you! :)

German was a great guide. He took us to very interesting locations and was a wealth of information about the history, culture, food and folklore of Osaka. He provided us with a great list of restaurants at which to try some of the local food and went out of his way to reconstruct.mend places we could buy kimonos or yukatas. Great day with some great people!

The Flag Ship of Free Walking Tour Osaka with Ricko was a fantastic experience. From the introduction minute, until the end of the tour, our guide Ricko fed us important facts about Osaka. We walked through the crowded street for more than two hours and Ricko was a great leader of the pack. I will recommend Ricko to all my friends and family.

We really enjoyed the walking tour. Our guide from Argentina was very knowledgeable and gave us a good overview and history of the area that you wouldn't otherwise know about.

The guide was super friendly, very talkative and told us a lot of hidden gems around the city and good places to eat. Felt he was more local than the other guides and told more about the local life than the others. Just wished I did the tour early when l got in the city so l've used more tips

I enjoyed the tour

Was an entertaining walk. German, the Argentinian guide, gave us some interesting facts. We did a 10 mins stop at Kuromon Market for toilet break and food, before proceeding to 2 other places of interest which were close by. We had to wait for some of the participants to return from buying food. In my opinion, it would have been better for Kuromon Market to be the last stop. Overall, we enjoyed the walking tour.

For non English speakers he speaks to fast but we got used to it .

We booked this walking tour of Osaka on the last day of our fortnight in Japan and it was just what we needed. It was a pleasure to be escorted round and offered so much information as well as being able to ask whatever questions we had. We had felt we were flagging after such a busy two weeks, but the morning we spent with our guide German was great. Our attention was held all the time and we went to places and saw things we would not have found by ourselves. When no other participants arrived at the meeting point, our guide carried on like a pro and didn't once make us feel awkward for being a group of just two. Thank you German! - Would recommend!
