Angela introduced us to a variety of local dishes, showed us beautiful spots, and shared insights about the culture, history, and traditions of the area. We really enjoyed this tour. But please, come with an empty stomach!

The tour with Anjela was amazing, we debated before whether we should do the tour as we were super tired from previous days but didnt regret a second. The food we had was amazing with very authentic places where locals eat. All our encounters were super friendly and we tried so many dishes we never heard off before. The additional bonus was the great talks we had with Anjela from which we learned a great deal about the city, country and culture. Would definitely recommend it! :)

Anjela was a welcoming and warm guide. Despite us getting lost, she waited for us and ensured she had our drivers number for pick up. Anjela had a great personality and would explain everything clearly. I was amazed at the amount of information she retained and her enthusiasm. We walked quite far with Anjela but it didn’t feel like it because she was so engaging. We all felt safe in her presence, and she took us to a very reasonably priced souvenir shop as an extra. It was a very hot day and some of us were getting tired mid way through the tour, Anjela took us to a lovely affordable local restaurant, we all broke bread together and it added to the experience. I would recommend Anjela to anyone who wants to explore Mombasa and it seems like she’s only the female tour guide also! Thank you Anjela
