Westminster Walking Tour

This is a great tour for those interested in history and more in-depth than many walking tours. Highly recommend when in London!

Patrick is an absolut expert. Very Detailed and historical tour. Because Nobody Else booked, we got a private tour which was Perfect for asking questions and Talking About other stuff.

Patrick’s walking tour was just as expected - very informative and engaging

I really appreciated that Patrick accepted our tour with just a day or 2 notice after another guide cancelled due to low attendance for another tour. I super loved that this tour is at 2pm, which is perfect when you have a morning flight into London and want a good overview of the city and history on your first day. Patrick is super knowledgeable and is the perfect guide if you are interested in history. He even made sure we looped back to see the guards change at 4 when they didn't at 3pm. The tour is a perfect length for an overview and I highly recommend.

I loved this tour! Rob was an excellent guide. The information he gave during the tour was even better than I expected. Besides providing the historical facts, he also added numerous fun facts and anecdotes in a very charismatic way, which made of this tour, not only a very informative one, but also a very entertaining one. I also loved the fact that he used an iPad to show images to provide visuals of the people and the information he was providing. I'd also like to mention that I really appreciated the fact that they communicated with me via WhatsApp to make sure I was able to meet with the group and not miss the tour (not many free tours do that, given the fact that they are free). This was overall an excellent tour. Many thanks to 'London with a Local' for doing the great work of sharing the history of their city in such a great way. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting London!

Alex was a great guide. I appreciated the historical knowledge he shared and consideration of using quieter and shadier areas for moments of talking. He chose a great route and ensured we saw the horse inspection and the military band. I recommend his tour for a general look at the key sites.
