We had a great day with Aiguerim learning about Almaty! Being the only ones on the tour we got a wonderful chance to engage with her about her life and heritage in Kazakhstan. She was a font of knowledge and was always willing to answer questions. While the tour was long, we made the most of it and learned a lot!

My partner and I took the Almaty walking tour with Aiguirem, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Even though we were the only two people on the tour, she was fully prepared before we arrived and treated it with complete professionalism. She guided us extensively through the city, covering all the key sights while sharing rich insights into Almaty’s history, culture, and everyday life. Her storytelling kept us engaged for the entire four hours without it ever feeling rushed or tiring. Aiguerim is warm, compassionate, and genuinely empathetic, and she made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the tour.
