Night Tour Hanoi

Good experience! Our guide Sara took us to some good places with good food, timed the tour well, got us good seats on the train street, and importantly broke the ice among the fellow walkers before the tour began which made the tour even more fun!

Sang was perfect, she always made sure that everyone in the tour was feeling part of it and the dishes we tried were delicious. Ice on the cake, she took us to train street so that we could watch the train passing by, I hadn't seen that yet and it was amazing to do it that day. If I return to Hanoi would definitely book this tour again.

Sang is a very niche guide. She understood that I gotta leave earlier and she changed the stops order for me to be able to see as much as I could. She's also funny and have an impeccable English.

Enjoyed the tour, food and commentary. Our guide Sarah (english name) had a great sense of humour. Would recommend to all for a quirky evening out to try some new things.

Giro di 7 tappe, veramente piacevole. La nostra guida simpatica e sempre con la battuta pronta, ci ha fatto assaggiare una decina di pietanze divise in 7 tappe. Pronta a soddisfare ogni curiosità e sempre disponibile anche a fare cose extra (assaggi in piu). Abbiamo lasciato 500.000 (circa 20 €), secondo me leggermente caro, considerando i prezzi locali e la durata. Tuttavia il tour è stato molto piacevole.

This was a super great tour - the food was absolutely delicious and our guide Sarah was super funny!

We had a wonderful evening with Nathan. The whole tour was so much fun with our little group and the food was amazing. We really enjoyed trying so many different types of food. Highly recommended

Despite this being a tip based tour, the guide confronted me and requested 250,000 vnd at a minimum and even stated this was in the tour description (which it is not). From other reviews, multiple guides are doing this. Furthermore, our guide lacked preparation in managing the splitting of food. It was unhygienic.

Amazing experience and delicious food

Great tour with loads of local food and info provided, topped off with a yoghurt coffee on train street whilst a long train passed through!

Nos lo hemos pasado genial recorriendo el centro de Hanoi con Tee. Fuimos yo y mi padre solos con el y aun así no nos canceló el freetour, haciendo las paradas y explicaciones de forma genial, hasta mi padre q no habla inglés se lo pasó bien. Los sitios muy buenos, hasta uno de la guía Michelin que estaba riquísimo. Llama la atención sentarte en las mini sillas que hay en la calle como un local más y comiendo comida típica pero diferente a lo q has probado durante las 2 semanas q llevábamos en Vietnam, y todo RIQUÍSIMO. En total nos gastamos 250 vdn los 2 más menos compartiendo algún plato y acabamos bien cenados. El final perfecto, la calle del tren por la noche, esperándolo, con un café con huevo y todo iluminado con farolillos. Nos ha encantado, Gracias Tee!

This tour is worth doing as I have done it twice now. I would say that the tour guide has a major influence on the experience.

Great food and a great way to start our Vietnamese travels.

Sara was very sweet and took us to excellent places to try Vietnamese typical food and snacks. The train street visit was also great. We really enjoyed it. She also sent the list of food and places afterwards. Food in total cost around 7 Euro. Great evening!

Minh war absolute Spitze. Das Essen auf der Tour war sehr, sehr gut und von hoher Qualität. Gleichzeitig haben wir Informationen über das Old Quarter bekommen. Minh ist sehr unterhaltsam und lustig. Ich kann diese Tour jedem empfehlen, der authentisches Essen genießen will.

Nathan was an amazing and helpful guide. Very personable and flexible in modifying our tour to our interests. Food was delicious. Highly recommend him as a guide and this tour. Had some of his dishes elsewhere but his recs were better! Please do not cheap out on these " free " tours. These guides are professionals and make a living off tips. At least $20 US per person is more than fair. If you could afford to fly to Vietnam, you could afford to pay at least $20 US per person. Where else can you get a tour for that price?

Fantastic way to get an introduction to HCMC and Vietnamese food. There were 6 of us on the tour and Paul was my scooter driver. I felt safe throughout the madness of driving in HCMC. At every food stop the 5 other drivers all actively patticipated to ensure the grouo had a fantastic time. When in HCMC this tour shoukd be top of your list.

Tee did a great job with what turned out to be a private tour. All the places we visited were really interesting. Lots of good food that we might not have tried. Tee did a good job of explaining the different foods and life in Vietnam. He’s a great ambassador. Thanks.
