Amazing experience and delicious food

Great tour with loads of local food and info provided, topped off with a yoghurt coffee on train street whilst a long train passed through!

Nos lo hemos pasado genial recorriendo el centro de Hanoi con Tee. Fuimos yo y mi padre solos con el y aun así no nos canceló el freetour, haciendo las paradas y explicaciones de forma genial, hasta mi padre q no habla inglés se lo pasó bien. Los sitios muy buenos, hasta uno de la guía Michelin que estaba riquísimo. Llama la atención sentarte en las mini sillas que hay en la calle como un local más y comiendo comida típica pero diferente a lo q has probado durante las 2 semanas q llevábamos en Vietnam, y todo RIQUÍSIMO. En total nos gastamos 250 vdn los 2 más menos compartiendo algún plato y acabamos bien cenados. El final perfecto, la calle del tren por la noche, esperándolo, con un café con huevo y todo iluminado con farolillos. Nos ha encantado, Gracias Tee!

This tour is worth doing as I have done it twice now. I would say that the tour guide has a major influence on the experience.

Great food and a great way to start our Vietnamese travels.

Sara was very sweet and took us to excellent places to try Vietnamese typical food and snacks. The train street visit was also great. We really enjoyed it. She also sent the list of food and places afterwards. Food in total cost around 7 Euro. Great evening!

Minh war absolute Spitze. Das Essen auf der Tour war sehr, sehr gut und von hoher Qualität. Gleichzeitig haben wir Informationen über das Old Quarter bekommen. Minh ist sehr unterhaltsam und lustig. Ich kann diese Tour jedem empfehlen, der authentisches Essen genießen will.

Nathan was an amazing and helpful guide. Very personable and flexible in modifying our tour to our interests. Food was delicious. Highly recommend him as a guide and this tour. Had some of his dishes elsewhere but his recs were better! Please do not cheap out on these " free " tours. These guides are professionals and make a living off tips. At least $20 US per person is more than fair. If you could afford to fly to Vietnam, you could afford to pay at least $20 US per person. Where else can you get a tour for that price?

Fantastic way to get an introduction to HCMC and Vietnamese food. There were 6 of us on the tour and Paul was my scooter driver. I felt safe throughout the madness of driving in HCMC. At every food stop the 5 other drivers all actively patticipated to ensure the grouo had a fantastic time. When in HCMC this tour shoukd be top of your list.

Tee did a great job with what turned out to be a private tour. All the places we visited were really interesting. Lots of good food that we might not have tried. Tee did a good job of explaining the different foods and life in Vietnam. He’s a great ambassador. Thanks.

Thanks for taking us to lots of tasty places, lots of hidden Hanoi gems! Banh Mi and Bun Cha were especially good!

Sarah was amazing. She totally blew our mind with the selection of restaurants. We would have never dared to visit these places and try the things she made us try. I have taken food tours before and they take you to not necessarily the best choices and they are expensive. She took us to where locals would eat, places that exist for decades and are known for a few dishes. She was also funny and very informative. I say go with her, eyes closed!!!

It was nice to join the food tour guiding by James/Hai! He was a young and passionate local, and also very genuine. He brought us to many typical small restaurants which are the favourites for the local, so that we could have the privilege to taste lots of delicious Vietnamese cuisine. In addition, when the dishes arrived, Hai showed us how to eat like a local(such as how to roll it). The trip was engaging and enriching. So many thanks!!!

Vy was such a great guide. She selected totally delicious food spots and gave us information about vietnam and the culture. There was a vegetarian option at each spot. In the end, we were all more than full

Ivy was such a great and lovely guide. The restaurants chosen for the street food walking tour were amazing and varied. She was very entertaining and also told us stories about Vietnamese traditions, culture and lifestyle. Highly recommended!

Our guide Vy took us to wonderful street cafe/restaurants with a great range of foods. She explained about the different foods we were eating and showed us how to prepare the food. She also gave us an insight into Vietnamese culture

Very nice walk with plenty of good food

Khoi is an incredible tour guide—fun-loving, knowledgeable, and engaging. Our small group of four spent an unforgettable evening exploring local cuisine, trying seven delicious dishes and a few drinks, all for under $10 USD! Khoi did an amazing job explaining the history behind each dish and sharing insights about the specific restaurants we visited. I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to dive into Vietnamese food and culture!

Completely loved it! I wouldn't have dared to enter and order food at the shops Sarah took us to. We discussed Vietnam - its culture, food, relationships, burning fake money at funerals, the presence and non-presence of religion across the country and laughed a lot. She took care of everyone's food preference and made sure she chatted with everyone. We were a mixed group and our Guide took care of everyone's pallet. Super happy! Will go again!
