Bruce was great and showed us around to a lot of smaller hole in the wall spots. Ceviche was great. We walked through the market and sampled various vegetables and fruits. Would recommend.
My guide, Bruce, was very kind to bring me on another food tour in a local neighbourhood because the other guest did not show up/reply. We went to Rimac district to see Mercado Ciudad y Campo, Amancaes and Parque el Avión, Caquetá. Additionally, we walked through the Rimac river bridge to get to Plaza Unión, and ended the tour at Plaza 2 de mayo for beer in a local Chicha music place. I had an awesome time and really want to thank Bruce for the opportunity to experience the true local culture and street food!
