An awesome and authentic way to experience street food and culture in Lima’s historic Centro. You’ll weave through bustling markets, stop at local favorites, taste the best ceviche, grilled heart, shumai in Lima and more. Both guided Gia and Bruce were well-prepared and deeply passionate about sharing their culture through food, stories and the traditions they grew up with. Super glad I did this tour on my last day in Lima!
A true gem for unique, authentic local experiences and insights — felt like I learned so much about the cultures and history of Lima through art, poetry and music in those few hours. We also stopped and hung out at a dope artsy rooftop bar on top of an art gallery (so maybe add some extra time in case you plan something else right after). Bruce was extremely knowledgeable, passionate and intentional with everything he showed and shared with us. An absolute banger of a tour!
Onze rondleiding door Barranco was niet alleen leerzaam, maar ook vermakelijk en boeiend. Bruce weet zijn publiek goed te boeien en geeft voldoende ruimte voor je eigen interpretatie. De muurschilderingen in Barranco zijn bijzonder. Een aanrader!
Bruce was an amazing tour guide and he really delves deep into the culture of Peru. He is a very fun person that gives you an underground tour of the lesser known parts of Peruvian history, culture and literature. The tour is more focused on the pre-revolutionary period.
