Hello travellers!
My name is Pailin. I am a tourist guide in Thailand.
Chiang Mai is my home town. I've traveled to many countries but Chiang Mai remains my very favourite paradise!
I like to meet and talk with new people, learn from them and share I would like to show my city, our history and the way we live.
Will you join me? :)
Pailin was our guide and there were 25 people on the tour. I chose this tour because I wanted visiting friends to see markets and temples. On this tour we did not go to Warorot Market or Ton Lam Yai Market as listed in the description. We went to one small Lanna temple near 3 Kings and another old Lanna temple near Chedi Luang. We then visited 3 temples within Chedi Luang compound. We stopped 2 times to taste foods: sticky rice with different toppings (banana, taro, sweet potato and more) and also to taste local fruits (mango, pomelo, guava, watermelon). Pailin consistently kept us in the shade when talking to us for longer times. At times it was difficult to hear Pailin's voice with the outdoor noise and the large group. Pailin provided us with a huge variety of information and used her humor to keep us engaged. A great tour for your first visit to Chiang Mai and getting to know what to eat and what to see.
Informative. I didn’t expect to have food tasting in this tour, so it was a pleasant surprise. The only downside was the group was big, 20 people and the tour was a bit too long.
If you wish to learn more about Thai culture and Chiang Mail, Pailin is the perfect guide. Very worldly
Pailin is a local educated, knowledge guide her local cultural knowledge left us enlightened re Thai Buddhism she included the children and was able to engage all travellers I liked tasting fruit and snacks too😊
Die Tour mit Pailin war sehr informativ und interessant - können wir wirklich empfehlen! Lediglich die Gruppengrösse fand ich mit 30 Personen einfach zu groß - hier sollte dann die Gruppe ggf. aufgeteilt werden.
