Hi :)
I’m Kibe born and raised in Dar es salaam. I’m easy going friendly. I love showing people the beauty of my city when i have free time..
I have been hosting on travelling platforms. I met a lot of interesting people around the world.
Learning new languages and culture is my other hobby.
Unfortunately the guide didn't show up. I waited longer and sent several messages but didn't get a reply.
He didnt show up. Dissapointing
As we stayed close to his Hostel in Masaki Kibe kindly offered us a ride to the market and back. During the Tour he showed us various parts of the area and introduced us to different local foods and treats including Tanzanian coffee, boaboa seed candy and several fruits. We also went to several fabric shops where we had as much time as we wanted to look around. I would highly recommend Kibe as a guide to anyone who wants to get a glimpse at kariakoo market without getting lost in the crowds.
Kibe is a very reliable person. He was kind enough to drive us himself to the market and explain a bit about it. Later on he helped us find a reliable taxi to take us to the airport. More than a guide, you will find in him a helpful friend in Dar es Salaam. He also runs a beautiful hostel in Misaki Peninsula - if you need something in the city, he’s your man!
