Neetu is warm, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area. She explained Fort Kochi’s layered past — from the spice trade to colonial influences — in a way that was both engaging and easy to follow. What I really appreciated was how she blended facts with stories, making the walk feel less like a lecture and more like a journey through time.
