Hiraku Walley. I'm a positive, curious, and outgoing person who loves to learn and converse with others. I'm Half Japanese but born in New Zealand. Have been living in Tokyo for the past 2 years and visited Japan much throughout my entire life. I have lived and travelled abroad and love to share the beauty of the Japanese Culture that I am so proud of.
Hiraku is very knowledgeable and puts forth a great deal of effort in building and leading a tour robust in Japanese history and culture. He's a great guide!

This is the perfect tour for anyone just starting their visit to Japan! Hiraku really went into detail on Japanese customs and culture alongside providing a historical perspective on the places we visited. I loved how he described the rituals of entering shrines and made us feel more confident for understanding what we'll be seeing and experiencing when we visit more of them. He was very engaging and made sure to leave plenty of room for whatever questions people had throughout the tour. We were so happy we chose to participate!
