I am often called Han . Hanoi city is the place i have spent half of my life .Before working as a tour guide , i had been an English private tutor therefore my english would be a little bit academic .
Unfortunately the guide did not show up. We waited 15 mins before sending a message and received a reply to apologise but she wasn’t coming. It was very disappointing.
Han was such a pleasant guide and their spontaneity was contagious. He was kind enough to accommodate our request and in addition to that we saw so many hidden gems of Hanoi. I highly recommend this guided tour for the first time visitors in Hanoi. 💕
Han was very knowledgeable and kind, led us to special points in the city, and pointed out various cultural elements I would not have noticed otherwise.
HAN was very communicative with us the entire way. She was very professional and personable.
Tour quality was good .I prefer the atmosphere and route. Very wise. Nice Train street.
