We really enjoyed all of the food, but especially the bananas in sticky rice with coconut milk and the stuffed snail. Andy was so easy to talk to. He did a great job tailoring the tour to our interests. a I couldn't believe he has only lived in HCMC for a short time. I live in Vietnam, and I still learned a lot from him. I would highly recommend this food tour for anyone visiting HCMC.
