Hi! My name is Şahika. A native Istanbul-er (I hate İstanbulite) I spent several years living in other diverse and fast-paced cities including Houston, Boston and London. I think I can give you a unique perspective of Istanbul comparing it to other metropolis and ultimately showcase how it is like no other city in the world.
I am an avid traveler myself and I deeply treasure the spontaneous connections created on the road; purely out of shared curiosity and an unspoken agreement to share a moment together. I will be striving to create this convivial atmosphere on my own tours.
Es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Besonders die Dachterasse mit Blick auf den Galata Turm hat uns sehr gefallen. Natürlich war auch Sahikas sehr freundliche Art und ihre interessanten Einblicke in die türkische Kultur und das Leben in Istanbul sehr aufschlussreich.
Definately a nice tour that I recommend people to do. It focuses more on the recent history of Istanbul and turkey vs other tours that are more leaning towards older history. There's also a breathtaking surprise location that she will take you to that will make this tour so worth it.

Leider kam eine andere Person spontan und führte die Tour durch. Ganz Okay, jedoch 10 Euro für eine Aussicht zu bezahlen pro Person finde ich schon happig. Nette Gespräche gehabt und gute Unterhaltung. Einige Leute haben die Tour vorzeitig verlassen.
