Donat was an amazing uzbek guide with an argentinean soul. We challenged him to do the tour in Argentinean Spanish since he had been practising our language for some years and he NAILED IT! He was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and super friendly. We had an amazing time!! Muchas gracias amigo! Aguante la Escaloneta loco!
Was waiting to meet us at the meeting place and took us for a ride in the metro and round the sites. He went at a great pace and was very informative. He listened to what we wanted to cover and we learnt a lot in the two hour walk. Would recommend as an introduction to Tashkent.
I have to admit that I was a bit disappointed with this tour. I was looking forward to hearing more interesting facts about the Old Town. Instead my friend and I had the feeling that we were being rushed to a few sites in order to finish at one site with a tourist shop, where we were probably expected to spend money. Pity about the tour.
