Thanks for the booking and review. I'm pleased with the review. I'm just sorry that you didn't realize that the tour was done with people from different countries, with different English skills, with different availability for the tour, and done managing time as best as possible, which is very difficult. If you only knew how much stress we had managing the tours even before we started (always with the possibility of not receiving anything) ...Then you might remember that I tried to give you recommendations for the next destinations (which wasn't easy, because each one was going to different areas, but I did). I gave you several recommendations for experiences in Coimbra... and surprise, the tourist didn't smile! A criticism I'd never had before! ... Well, each guide has their own style. I consider myself a person with a tendency to have a more closed face, I'm humorous and friendly (and that's the feedback I usually get) I like to laugh and make people laugh, I have my own humor, and I often say it in a serious tone. You may not have understood, but I used the no tour. Some people understand, others don't. There have been topics I've talked about with Italians because they're interested in them and Canadians aren't, like soccer, for example. Or the opposite too. It's sad when we have tourists who don't understand how is difficult to make tours, we always do our best!
