Ich habe einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Anthropologie und einen Master-Abschluss in Kulturerbemanagement und -programmierung von der Universität Coimbra. Knowable and pleasant
Joao was wonderful. His background in archeology certainly helped. He explained the importance of all the significant highlights of the city, providing historical and cultural context, as well as useful information for getting the most out of our visit. He pointed out good places to eat, where to hear fado and the importance of trying a specialty of Coimbra: Chanfana. We tried it, and man, was it good! He answered every question and gave us as much time as we wanted to stop and linger and take photos. His three-hour tour actually lasted 3 1/2 hours. I feel we certainly got to know Coimbra in a short amount of time.
João is a very knowledgeable guide. He tries his best to introduce the beauty and the hidden stories of Coimbra to us.
