Hello! I am Emanuele and I was born and live in Naples, I am deeply in love with the whole gulf of which I consider myself a child, I love to get in touch with the contrasting and fragmented realities that characterize the Neapolitan area and in particular my beloved city, just as I love very much travel and discover cultures and customs different from mine.
I have been working in tourism and public relations for 10 years, and I have always felt the need to deviate from the way of doing mass tourism, preferring a vision more oriented towards "travelers" rather than "tourists", putting in contact the people with the different colors of local realities and listen to the thousand voices and the thousand stories they tell.
I am not a formal guide but rather I consider myself a cultural mediator between the traveler and the world I know, in order to help him feel part of the reality that surrounds him so that he can touch it with his hand, and experience it, rather than looking at it from the outside as in a shop window. I also believe that this is the best way to make everyone's experience more informal, spontaneous and genuine.
So what are you waiting for? Are you coming for a friendly walk with me?
Si quieres conocer una Nápoles alternativa, Emmanuele es tu guía ideal. El barrio español ha mejorado muchísimo en diez años, me alegro por ello. Merece la pena ver cosas diferentes.
Great walking tour, super informative and a real opportunity to meet and interact with genuine locals and discover a taste of Naples.
Very interesting history of the Spanish quarter. This is not a tour of the major sites of Napoli if that is what you are looking for, more a history lesson and a look at tourism in the city. Changes in this area and how to be a more "considered" tourist having a positive effect on the regions that you you visit.
Buenisimo recorrido por calles de Nápoles con sus historias más callejeras.
Super informativ und interessant.
