DO NOT BOOK WITH YOUSSEF, HE IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR A DECENT HUMAN BEING. HE did not inform us that we was not going to show up for the tour. We only learned that upon calling (he hung up) and texting him via WhatsApp after the start time had passed and he was nowhere to be seen. He tried to shift the blame to us for not reaching out to him ahead of time (this was not requested in the messages from him including the message 12 hours prior where he provided his WhatsApp number). He ruined our day in Casablanca as it was too late in the day to book another tour or guide as it was noon when this debacle happened. I have the WhatsApp text history that can confirm that he did not give a damn and was quite flippant in saying "it is the busy season in Casablanca". He should not be allowed to remain as an option on the site and be forewarned if you choose to use this pathetic person to be your tour guide.

Nach mehrfachen Kontakt zum Guru zuvor, werden wir 11 Stunden vor der Tour nochmals informieren und mit Handynummern des Guides versorgt. Nur eine Stunde vor der geplanten Tour kam dann die spontane Absage, ohne Grund. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und vorher von Guru-Walks schon "gewarnt" worden dass 20/100 Führungen kurzfristig von Youssef storniert werden. Schade das dieser Fall auch bei uns eingetreten ist. Wer sicher gehen will, bucht besser eine andere Tour mit einem anderen Guide.

Unfortunately, the tour guide canceled the tour. The only problem was that I received notification, after I arrived at the start point. This is not very professional. Most likely not enough people signed up so the tour was cancel;ed.

Hey Sarah, I hope you are doing well, I sent you a message 2 hours before the tour starts telling you that the tour will canceled, but I guess you didn't see it until you reached the meeting point, that's why it's very important to stay in contact with guru all the time, good luck.
