Our guide, Arturo, was very polite and thoughtful, and his knowledge of birds was amazing. He also kindly told us the meeting place and drove us to a place where we could easily find an Uber. I'm grateful for the wonderful experience. Thanks to him and the other people in the group, my memories of Santiago have become the best.
The hire was really nice. Even if it was our first bird watching experience. Thank you Arturo!

It was winter, so it was just Arturo, the guide, and me. He did a fantastic job pointing out all the different birds and vegetation and gave me lots of time to take pictures. I am not the best hiker, but he was very considerate and took lots of breaks to help me catch my breath and to bird watch as we went along the trail. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys nature and wants a peaceful escape from the city.
