Un poco de historia, algunas curiosidades y algunos chistes. Nací y crecí en Edimburgo, trabajé como reportero, redactor y editor de cine en The Scotsman durante 17 años y posteriormente escribí regularmente para The Guardian y el London Times. He escrito y editado varios libros, entre ellos "The Times on Cinema" y "On Location - The Film Fan's Guide to Britain and Ireland". Más recientemente, he colaborado como guía turístico en el programa de televisión nacional "This Morning".
