Theo is a friendly and knowledgable guide. We found him funny and genuine. He spoke clearly and was understandable even if English isn’t your first language. He offers fun and sometimes obscure facts and advice on how to best enjoy London as a tourist. We had a great time and even forgot the cold as we were engaged the entire tour.
