Great Tour. So happy we got great views of the guards changing

It was a good tour to cover a lot of spots in 2h with good spots to take photographs, and some insightful historical information. However, it didn't have the storytelling or warmth to make it a memorable tour. But then, being lashed out at and called 'rude' multiple times by the tour guide for unfortunately arriving 2 min past 11 (and apologising for it profusely) leaves a good taste to begin with.
My confirmation email indicated that group size would be approximately 6. I was surprised to see over 25 participants. The large group made it difficult to hear.
