Chiara was a wonderful guide. Very informative, polite, professional and very interesting. She was awesome and we were really happy that she is a licensed tour guide and not just a local showing us around the town. That's why the quality of the tour was excellent and we recommend it!
It was actually one of the best tours I’ve been part of! Our guide Ciara/Kiara was lovely, enthusiastic, and open to questions. The tour went smoothly, was informative, and everything was on time — in fact I think we went over a bit. The only minor thing to note is that it’s school trip season and areas get crowded and noisy, so sometimes it was a struggle to hear her over the noise, but everything else was perfect. Thank you!
