Free walking tours in Lucca

Thank you very much for showing us around in Lucca. We enjoyed the tour but where a bit disappointed that it was in English (not in German as offered) and that many things where "too complicated" to explain, especially because the seems to know Lucca and its history very well (and, besides that, was very sympathetic and friendly).

I had a great time on the tour. Sergio was very informative and made us all feel welcome. He tailored the tour to the different people and linking it back to where we all came from, We visited a number of major areas and it was great to hear about the history of Lucca. I would definitely recommend the tour.

Unfortunately did not go ahead but the guide was very kind and give plenty of notice to cancelling

Some very entertaining facts and stories. Was expecting the usual recommendations after tour of local restaurants/bars etc but didn't get any.

Sergio gave us an informative and interesting introduction to Lucca which we enjoyed very much and would have loved to listen to him for another hour as he had so many anecdotes

Very interesting and a little bit different to other tours because of all the different stories about the characters that affected Lucca !

If you are lucky enough to get Dr. Sergio Puglisi as your tour guide, you will enjoy a wealth of information on the history of Lucca. Excellent tour guides likes this man are rare! I would highly recommend the tour as you will develop a greater appreciation for the city you are in.

A fabulous insight in to Lucca. A great way to see all of the important places and learn about the history in a fun way.

Sergio,our guide,was great..he told us so many interesting things about Lucca..we were only there for one day and I felt that he'd taken us to all the most important sights

The tour was very educational and enjoyable. Our guide Sergio was very professional and delivered the history of Lucca in a very interesting way. We highly recommend this tour.

Sergio was great!! Unfortunately, it was pouring rain, not just a slight drizzle, so not quite as enjoyable. After the tour, my husband and I got some coffee at a cafe to wait out the rain, but it just got worse, so we went back to the train station to head out. Too bad!

We really enjoyed the tour, all the information provided were top quality and also fun.

Lucca tour was interesting and informative. A good introduction to the history and characters of the city.
