Tourstilla - Stadtführer in Madrid

J.P. is a really gifted guide. He is relatively new to leading this tour but I could not have told this from the quality of the information shared or the ease and style that be delivered it with. My partner and I immediately felt in really safe hands and knew we'd made a great decision. J.P. is extremely knowledgeable and really brings Madrid to life through this tour. The history of the Spanish civil war is not always obvious is Madrid and J.P. really helped us find it. He also made a difficult and emotionally charged subject accessible to everyone, while helping the group to really gel with each other too. By the end of the tour I felt full up (in the best way!) with new information and inspiration for what to read and listen to next, and there was a real sense of togetherness in the group despite us all coming from different countries and likely having differing political leanings. This tour is suitable for anyone and J.P. managed to provide an incredible balance of history (I studied history at University and can vouch for this being top tier presentation!) with empathy that transcends one side vs the other. This feeling spread to others in the group. You're doing amazing work J.P. keep it up!! And to anyone considering going on this tour - do it! Not only will you be exposed to a tour guide doing brave, important work in talking about a subject that is often not talked about at all, but you will leave with a broader understanding of Spain and Madrid which reaches beyond the civil war itself and the route is beautiful to boot, taking in many of the main tourist sites. 5+ stars 😊 thank you J.P. and everyone at Tourstilla!

Edu fue, sin duda, uno de los mejores guías que hemos tenido en todos los Free Tours que hemos hecho. Simpático, cercano y lleno de energía, estuvo atento en todo momento y ofreció un tour muy interesante, tanto por la historia como por las curiosidades. ¡Un 10!
