I joined a free walking tour with Kuba through the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter and I can only recommend his tour! Kuba is a studied historian, who has a wonderfully dry sense of humor. His jokes didn’t feel rehearsed, even though I just realized that I probably indeed am the 1,000th person to hear some of them. He delivers them with the same spark as if he just came up with them on the spot. That’s a gift you truly appreciate when doing a free walking tour! What I appreciated most was how attentive he was. Any side question, historical tangent, or odd curiosity we threw at him, Kuba handled with detailed, thoughtful answers. He never rushed, never brushed anything off, and kept a calm, patient vibe throughout the entire tour, which I appreciate A LOT given the fact that it was scorching hot and the tour lasted almost 3 hours! We left with some new knowledge about Czech history and culture, that still has me thinking. Love that! All in all, this tour didn’t just feel like ticking off tourist boxes — it felt like spending time with someone who genuinely enjoys what he does, knows his shii and respects the people he’s doing it with. Highly recommend!
