Dear, It is a pity that you do not fully reflect the situation in your review, but that was to be expected based on the contact that has been made via the messaging service on this website. Unfortunately, 3 of our guides fell ill last week, so it is currently a crisis here. The remaining guides are doing their best to carry out the program. The guide who was supposed to lead your tour also fell ill, which is of course very annoying. Because several colleagues were ill at the time, we were unfortunately unable to deploy a replacement guide. Because we are the only ones on the platform offering a tour with a Christmas theme, we therefore sent you a message the day before with the unfortunately annoying message and with the offer to do the tour the next day if it would take place. Unfortunately, you did not respond to this and unfortunately you did not respond by phone either. When you were then at the starting point, you sent a message, but you could also have read that we unfortunately had to cancel the tour and that we offered you an alternative. Unfortunately, we do not check the messaging service on Guruwalk 24/7 because we are often on the road with groups during the day. We simply forgot to press the cancel button, because we initially wanted to wait a little longer because after cancellation we would have lost all your data (privacy) and we could no longer negotiate with you about an alternative, which was our intention. The automatically sent emails by us also contained our emergency number, which you could have called or sent a WhatsApp message, for example. Unfortunately, you did not do this. We find it very annoying that you are expressing your dissatisfaction with both us and the provider I Love Prague as well as Guruwalk in this way.
