Free Walking Tour in Old Havana II
Tour description
Discover with this interesting tour passages of the Cuban Revolution. You will learn about Havana in the first half of the 20th century, what happened before and after the triumph of the Revolution in 1959.🔥
It is a two-hour walk🚶♂️🚶♀️that complements the Walking Tour of the Four Squares since this area of Havana, although it is less ancient, is also part of the heritage area of the capital.🏛
I decided to do it separately from the tour of the squares, since the trip would be very long, with too much information, or we would simply have to do everything very quickly. This way we have the possibility of not missing any details👌😉. You will be able to visit places such as the Museum of the Revolution (former Presidential Palace of Cuba), the Great Theater of Havana, the Central Park, the famous Floridita bar and of course, this is your opportunity to see first-hand the largest and most famous construction of Cuba: the National Capitol.🇨🇺
You will also have the privilege of learning about José Martí, our National Hero, by seeing up close the recent and only equestrian statue of him.🐴
Halfway through the tour we will make a stop to refresh in what was once one of the most famous bars in Havana!🍹🧊🍺
Walk with me through the most interesting places in this area of Havana. Do not miss this part of our history! I assure you a very exciting and revealing experience!😃
At the end of the tour I can recommend a good place to eat🍽, as well as the best taxi service🚖 to get around my beautiful island!😊
The official time of the tour is at 4:00 pm, but if you want another time and/or a more personalized tour, please contact me and ask me for availability.🙂
