Welcome to Cambodia! My name is Bopha, and I am thrilled to be your guide as you explore the beauty and culture of this incredible country. I completed my Buddhist high school education in 2009 and began my career as a teacher and director at the Angkor Buddhist Organization. During this time, I also served as a Dhamma speaker, sharing insights about Khmer culture through Buddhist Radio for three years. In 2014, I graduated and underwent a six-month training program with the Ministry of Tourism, earning my certification as a professional guide. Since then, I have been leading tours across Cambodia, sharing the rich history, traditions, and beauty of my homeland with visitors from all over the world. While the global pandemic interrupted my guiding career in late 2019, I returned to the tourism industry in 2022 with renewed passion and enthusiasm. Alongside my work as a guide, I dedicate my free time to teaching English to children and individuals with disabilities in remote areas through local organizations. This work is a meaningful way for me to give back to my community and create positive change. My role as a guide is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to build connections and foster friendships with people from around the globe. I am deeply committed to providing an enriching and memorable experience for each visitor, showcasing the best that Cambodia has to offer. Thank you for considering me as your guide. I look forward to making your visit to Cambodia truly unforgettable.
