Tour description
Discover the beauty, history and culture, stunning beaches and dark mysteries of the sunny Coronado🌞!
- We will start the tour at the ferry dock🛳️ where we will have an introductory briefing and we will head towards Centennial Park, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of San Diego bay.🏙️
- Then we'll walk along Orange Avenue 🍊, famous for its shopping, its typical restaurants and colorful gardens.
- Next stop is at Spreckels Park🎋, where numerous concerts and events are organized and we will be able to admire the beautiful municipal library that is located in front. Here we'll have a short stop where I will tell you about one of the most important figures in the history of Coronado.
- We'll reach the Hotel Del Coronado, one of the most historic and famous resort of the United States. Exotic garden🌺, breathtaking view of Mexico and a macabre mystery🫣 that concerns "The Del".
- The tour ends on the wonderful beach and its dunes. 🏖️
Logistics: we will travel about 1.8 miles, it will be a pleasant walk with small breaks.
What to bring: desire to discover, to socialize, a hat and sunscreen, comfortable clothing and shoes, a light beach towel and at least 1.5 liters of water.
At the end of the tour I will give you suggestions and advice, if you like, about places to eat and other things and activities to do.
