Plaza de Mayo: Historical Heart of Buenos Aires
It is the place where the city was founded in 1580 and is a key point in Argentine history, recognized by the May Revolution of 1810. Here, we will have the opportunity to know:
Casa Rosada: The headquarters of the National Executive Branch. We will observe its majestic façade and learn about its history and its importance in Argentine politics.
Metropolitan Cathedral: The main Catholic church in Buenos Aires. We will visit the interior to admire its neoclassical architecture and its rich history.
Cabildo: The old town hall of the city, scene of important historical events, especially during the May Revolution.
Puerto Madero: The Modernity of Buenos Aires
After soaking up the history, we will head to Puerto Madero, the most modern and renovated neighborhood in the city.
