Hello, fellow foodies! We’re Taste Buddz and are thrilled to invite you on an unforgettable culinary journey through historical Cairo and downtown. 🍽️🏛️

This isn’t your typical touristy tour; it’s an authentic taste of Egypt with a fun Guide! Here’s what you can expect:

You will discover 5 different restaurants, juice shops, or dessert places that cost around €3-4 for each meal. All are selected from the best restaurants plus extra hidden gems of Cairo’s culinary scene, from street food stalls to mom-and-pop joints to casual dining. You will try Egyptian Koshari, home-style dishes, falafel, Egyptian Pizza, and many more.

You will also see a lot of the history and culture of the city as we walk through its charming streets and landmarks.

Some of the places we will visit are:

Champollion Palace: Built in 1895 by the Italian architect Antonio Lasciac, the palace showcases the Baroque style prevalent during the Renaissance.
Abou Tarek: The most famous place for koshary which was founded in 1950, the dish is a traditional dish of rice, pasta, lentils, and tomato sauce. You will love this hearty and satisfying meal.
Sha’ar Hashamayim Synagogue: Architectural marvel built in 1899, reflecting ancient Egyptian temple styles.
